Name This Kit…

Sometimes a kit name comes to me quickly, and others times: not so much! This is one of those “not so much” times. I’ve been wanting to work with a Neapolitan color palette for awhile, which is where this kit started and what it was originally going to be named. But it needed green, and I discovered I quite liked the green as a major player in the palette instead of just as an accent color. So then I was going to go with Serendipity because 1) I like the sound of that word, and 2) the definition fits. And then I thought, “what about Pretty In Pink” ~ and design a corresponding blue kit that matched but was less “girly.”

My point: I’d love to hear your opinion! Should I go with one of these, or do you have an idea to share? Leave your comments here, or send me an e-mail message, no later than Friday night. If I choose the name you come up with, you’ll get the kit for free! If I don’t use your idea, I’ll give you a 50% off coupon when this is added to my store just to thank you for taking the time to help me out! Have a great Wednesday…

I'm no expert, but I think Neapolitan Cream or just plain Neapolitan sounds good. I also thought of Neapolitan Spearmint when I saw how much light green there was in this kit. There's my 2 cents-worth. :) I also wanted to say that I absolutely LOVE your kits! You do such amazing work! Thank you!

Maurine, I just love this kit but I'm no good at naming them. I was going to say Serendipity but there are a couple of suggestions that I like even better! Love the colors and papers!

This kit looks warm with the brown added and I like the Neapolitan names; however, Peach Warmth also came to mind.

The green and brown in this kit remind me of the Andes mints my mom keeps hidden in a drawer in her bedroom. So the name that first comes to my mind is "Mother's Secret Stash." I also really like the name Serendipity too though.

With all this talk of ice cream and seeing those colors together, Spumoni ice cream is what came to my mind. You know that Italian ice cream. (some call it the original Neapolitan)
So maybe it could be called.
Spumoni Delight
Also, I do like the Pretty in Pink idea you had.
AND, I absolutely LOVE your work. Your kits are always so amazing.

This color palette reminds me of a "Summer Peach Grove" with the colors of the trees and yummy ripened peaches. Reminds me of the fruit orchards of my childhood. Lovely kit!

Maureen,
You make the greatest kits! I love all your work! Thanks for all the freebies too!

Anyway, the printed papers (especially the argyle, polka & striped) & the hearts and flowers are just adorable! I thought of naming your kit "School Girl Crush".

Thanks!

Sugar and Spice? Or Everything nice? Serendipity is really nice too. Pretty in pink is not for this kit.
