At the Park ~ STS Blog Train

Time for another round of great freebies from several talented designers. Please take a minute as you collect their pieces to say “thanks” for their generosity! Here’s a preview of the template I made for this month. If interested, you can download here (freebie link removed 7-17-2011).

P.S. I started saving TIF files instead of PSD simply because I found they are much smaller in size, which makes a big difference on my quickly-getting-full hard drive. However, I’m happy to also post PSD files as one commenter just asked. Do others of you have a preference? No point creating these if you can’t use them! Let me know. UPDATE (7-3-2011): the download now includes both a PSD and TIF file; just delete the one you don’t want.

The train officially starts July 1. Some items will only be available as freebies through July 14, so grab them quickly. If you have any problems with the links or this table format, let me know. Enjoy!

great template, thank you!
Sad there is no psd file in the download. Tif doesn't work for me, I doesn't get the layers in pspx3.
Could you please add psd or psp file?

Thank you for the template! I prefer TIFF myself, even converting my old PSD files into TIFF in bridge (anything to save space, lol!). :)

File size is a problem in psd. PSP files are also much smaller. So that's okay for me too if you could make that.
Wish I knew how to make the layers in tif-files visible in pspx3 or maybe another program. I tried also in Photo Impact, but there I also see only 1 layer.
Thanks for taking the time to help me out.

Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful template! Since you asked, I can use the TIFF, but prefer PSD when available. I just recently figured out that PSE supported TIFF.

I am learning again! I didn't know you could do a tiff with layers. Guess I just didn't pay attention to it. Works fine for me. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks for the PSD file, It seem as if TIF will work for me after all but I'll have to figure it out. It's amazing what you can learn from a comment. Thanks for sharing!!!!!

I thought you included png layers with your templates. Well, I know quite a few of us that follow your blog that individual png layers , becasue their program can't open psd, tiff, abr, asl, csh
files. I would apprecite it ,if you had pngs for your templates, but I understand if you don't want to.
