My Memories ~ Blog Train and Sale…

Mothers and Daughters Kit #2 ~ Paper Freebie

Here are some previews of the 2nd kit I designed for this month’s “Mothers and Daughters” collaboration at theStudio. I chose colors I would not normally put together to see if I could make them work, and I really like how it came together. Kit 2 is currently 25% off in my store. I’ve also bundled kits 1 and 2 for extra savings – you can find that here. 

This kit also has 2 different versions of the solid papers – “flat” and with a slightly raised pattern. The store kit has both versions (all 10) of the solid papers. I have a freebie sampler that includes 5 of the solid papers. If interested, you can download here (freebie link expired 9-14-2011).

Mothers and Daughters Kit #1 ~ Paper Freebie

Last month, several designers at theStudio collaborated on a beautiful collection called “Honeysuckle.” This month, Toiny came up with another great color palette and theme. Here are some previews of the first kit I designed ~ it’s available in my store for 25% off. I’m putting the finishing touches on my 2nd kit and will post it later.

I tried something a little different on the solid papers – I included a double beveled edge (for lack of a better description). The store kit has two versions of the solid papers – 4 with and 4 without the beveled edges. If interested, I have a freebie sampler that includes 2 of each.
