A Christ Centered Christmas ~ December 2015 LDS Blog Train

It’s been awhile since I’ve participated in a blog train and I’m excited to join in on this one celebrating my favorite holiday: Christmas! When I was the chorister in Primary, I looked forward to December and teaching/singing the song “Picture a Christmas.” I used cute clipart for each line of the song, similar to the elements in this kit, with the goal of helping the children see and understand the REAL picture and meaning of Christmas. Picture a Christmas…

Merry Christmas, everyone! I always look forward to this time of year and all the things that come along with it – spending time with those I love, thinking of ways to give more than I get, and most important to my family: remembering the Savior as we celebrate His birth and life.

One of my favorite Primary songs this time of year is “Picture a Christmas.” I’ve created a little mini kit to go along with the first verse; next year, I’ll expand this into a full-size kit.
